Beer Mats printed in full colour both sides

Beer Mats printed in full colour have dimensions which fit within an area of 94mm x 94mm. Our Beermats are beautifully litho printed one side with white reverse, both sides with the same image or both sides with different images. Beermats printed in full colour, also known as four colour process, on 120gsm white offset and bonded onto a 1.5mm absorption layer core. Four colour process printing is also known as CMYK printing, because it uses the ink following colours: Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black. When combined, these colours can give the illusion of nearly all colours.

Beer Mats are printed on white offset and bonded onto a 1.5mm absorption layer core

Our beautifully printed Beer Mats are constructed using a high quality 120gsm white offset (printed in full colour) which we bond onto a 1.5mm absorption layer core. This enables us to achieve a far higher print quality than can be achieved by printing straight onto pulpboard. GSM is an abbreviation for “grams per square metre” and it describes how heavy the material is – it is based on the weight of one square metre of the paper in grams.

Artwork for Beer Mats printed in full colour

When preparing your artwork for Beer Mats printed in full colour both sides, it is important to add 3mm bleed all round the edge of the finished size, which means that the overall artwork size should be 100mm x 100mm including bleed. It is easy to set up bleed in desktop publishing programs such as Adobe InDesign, CorelDraw or Microsoft Publisher, but is much more difficult in Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Word. Another important artwork consideration is the need to keep any important information away from the edge of the Beermats printed in full colour. This area without any important text is known as a Quiet Area. The Quiet Area should be at least 3mm wide and if possible 5mm wide. This will improve the attractiveness of the design of your Beermats printed in full colour. All artwork is always checked very carefully by our studio before your Beermats are printed.
